Perfect Path Finders — Cheating on the name of new job

This is to bring the following things to your notice that
1. On 21st march mr rajiv from perfect path finders company called me and request me to sign up as there is a vacancy of director academics at oakridge school, visakhapatnam. He asked to pay and i have paid 37000 rupees. Now they are denying the refund.
2. He handed over the phone to mr sidharth saxena. Mr saxena promised to make the interview by the end of march, 2016 and requested to send the documents required.
3. The same day (21st march, 2016) the documents were sent by me and the same was acknowledged by mr saxena the next day by phone and told that they will be varified with in five days and the interview will be fixed on 28th march, 2016.
4 on 26 th march when i called up and requesterd me that the interview has been scheduled for 15th april, 2016 saying that the documents sent have been sent for varification and it will take 10days for them.
5. On 14th when i enquired he avoided my queries and handed over to mr pushpendu who promised me to look into the matter.
6 mr pushpendu catagorically stated that there was and is no vacancy as told to me by his staff. And said as and when there will be a vacancy i will be intimated. Then i requested him for my refund of money which he avoided.
7. Mr pushpendu rang me up thrice and asked me send documents (A delibarate attempt to divert my attention) again as they have not received. He himself is contradicting his earlier phone calls that my documents have been sent for verification..
8 many a times i have put up a request for the refund of money which both these officers are avoiding.
9. Since last fifteen days they are not responding to my phone calls also.
