Perfect Rishtey sent us a girl's profile for my brother, claiming they got his details from Shaadi.com. They demanded Rs. 5000 to proceed. We agreed, but only if they connect with the families. Neha, the middle person, promised to talk to the girl's mom, so we paid Rs. 2500. The next day, they dodged our calls and lied when they picked up (I have screenshots and call recordings). When we asked for our money back because we didn't want their service anymore, they raised their voices and blackmailed us, saying they won't refund. It feels like a scam, and I want our money back, exposing their fraudulent actions and preventing them from victimizing others like this.
