I had paid rs 5499 on 26 april 2017 for christian dior forever and ever. After a month of waiting i was told that the perdume was out of stock and so 2 weeks back since dior was not available, i had asked for the gucci bamboo perfume instead and had been assured that it will be shipped immediately. Its already 2 weeks now and still i have not got any update from their end. I am very dissapointed in the website and their customer service and would like a full refund to my bank account if they have still not shipped my order. Was this information helpful? |
