Perfumery India — Order not received

I have placed my order of a Perfume Gift Kit worth of 40000 from this site in the end of May and with the help of an Agent name Vinit Singh from their site and I received the email for the same. They promised to deliver it by the month of June, later in the month of June after sending them so many email, no response have been received yet. Earlier they used to have chat option, now they don't. With the help of friend I managed to get in touch with one of their agent name Komal who again promised to deliver my order by the mid July and no details of my order getting dispatched has been received and they are not responding to any of the mails. I tried contacting to the agent who told me about my order which will get delivered by July, I am unable to contact her, Messages are not getting delivered. I tried contacting them on YouTube page which is Perfumery India, still no response. I have sent them so many emails and no reply has been received yet.
