Perfumes Mart India — wrong/fake product

I ordered perfume from perfume mart india, from their company but got a diffrent and spurious product delivered i tried reaching out to them through email and phone no provided which appears to be fake. But there was no response from them... Their return policy says order can be returned within 3 days... But i see noo such thing happening. I want my complaint resolved at the earliest.
