I have placed an order of perfumes worth almost Rs. 4399 from them on 29th Jan 2023

they have not delivered the product nor they are refunding my money
they are not responding to my email or calls
their whole website and app is a scam
there is no customer service team, no contact at all, nobody will reply to your mails or calls
I have contacted them many times but no response at all, very unprofessional and no customer service. It is a fraud and scam website.
