This is Sourendu Bose from Kolkata, india. I have paid Rs.40, 300/- to Permanenthiring.com as part or Job search and agreement process. They have Confirmed me that my profile has been selected for HCL Technologies in Kolkata. but now they are asking another Rs.21000/- to get this done. There is no confirmation from them regarding the Job from the employer.

I am a IT Professional working in a MNC in kolkata with 7yrs of experience.

Please your help. I want my money back as this is a fraud consultancy.

I am going through tremendous mental pressure from them as they calling and forcing me to pay this amount.

Today(1st Oct 2014) morning i got a call from Permanenthiring.com they asked me to pay a sum of 2500 INR.These guys were convincing
me to pay and get the call from the HCL within minutes, And this will be a confirmed job.Here came the doubt how a person without interview guarantees me to give a job.So i asked them to wait for 2 minutes and i saw ur comments and immediately refused them.

Today(1st oct 2014) 11 clock i received call from them asking me to pay a sum of 2500 to get an offer with WIPRO Technologies!!!He gave me an offer for 30% hike but I asked for a package more than the market value and only if this package offered i will pay the amount he immediately said i will call the MNC and get back. In less than 5 minutes he called and said package will be given!!!
He forced me to fill online form and pay amount immediately i said no give me ten minutes and google for reviews and found comments and refused them.

Today(9th Oct 2014) at 12.00 pm i got a call from Permanenthiring.com they asked me to pay a sum of 2100 INR.These guys were convincing me to pay and promise get a massage in my email Id within 10 minites and tomorrow will be held a telephonic interview.they also promise they give me a good job in a steel plant at durgapur which salary 18000 per month.at first i refuse them, then he (Mr. Akshay)call two times again, that time a impress them.because i need a good job.and i agree to pay.at a time i open my lap top and open this site.i discover complain box and reads ur comments.after then i changed my mind.I don't know you. but u r a good friend.i don't forget you.you r really good people.hope now u r well.

Dear All, I received a call from permanenthiring.com from Neha who briefed me about exciting 40% hike on my salary. Also said the openings are in MNCs like Reliance, Aditya Birla, LnT etc. Before she could speak more, I enquired about the company to which she kept saying, "we are permanenthiring.com Delhi"

When I asked where have you got my details, she answered "from any job portals may be. They send it to us when they are not able to provide you with a job". She asked me to deposit 2400 INR Once I confirmed my current CTC, they increased it to 5000.I was promised me a lot of interviews an all. I kept speaking to that lady just to assure that I spent most of her work hours so that some innocent is saved somewhere...

Trust me friends, HR consultancy business models are as mentioned below:They get you interviews > If you are recruited > they ask for a payment equal to your salary for the next 3-6 months given the company is happy with your performance.

NEVER PRE-PAY FOR INTERVIEWS.. These people needs to be closed down. They have a work force of 20-30 people who take out money about 2 lakhs a month. These [censored]ets are earning by fooling people.

All those who have paid money, drop a complaint at consumer court and also at the income tax department.

I have also received call from permanenthiring consultancy and they told me regarding job placement in HCL and IBM company and force to pay 2100 rs from their portal. But I read your comment and save my self from fraud.

don't pay any money to them..THey are fraud..

1. They will tell you that, they are from Monster.com or maybe naukri.com.
2. They called me at morning 8 AM (too early) and ask me to directly get online. Strange !!!

I have faced this kind of issue in the past. SO just after few conversation I came to know they are fake.

Pls avoid those people, who said that they have internal tie-up / direct payment at the same moment.

Received regular calls and follow-ups from one Mr Ashish of phone number: +91 [protected] & +91 [protected] and email from id: <[protected]@permanenthiring.com> claiming from permanenthiring.com. He is assuring a guaranteed job offer from two renowned companies against a security deposit of Rs 2, 100/- to be paid online solely with his assistance. He claimed his website to be: http://www.permanenthiring.com, and they are a government registered organisation.
After reviewing your comment, I have abstained from making any such payment. Please suggest ways so that these guys can be adequately punished so that they don't take further chances of duping others like me, who are desperately seeking a job change.

Hello, My name is Sajan Sheth residing in Gandhinagar. I got a call today morning regarding 100 % confirmed job in L&T Vadodara. He was quite proffesional. He offered a package of 4.75 lakhs and the job was confirmed. Then he asked for 3000 Rs i negotiated then i paid then he asked for confirmation fee and security fee and total amount i p[aid was around 20678 inclusive service tax. He told that the company will return whole amount after 1month of job completion in L&T just the tax will be paid from our side. Its all fraud as i asked the L&T people directly. Even I got couple of calls today morning from permanenthiring.com and this is surprising that just after activation of the 'Resume To Consultants' service yesterday through MonsterIndia.com, the first call/s are received from this company. I was told that there are job openings at HCL, ICICI, ING VYSYA, M&M, L&T, AIRTEL etc. I was asked to fill the form online at their site permanenthiring.com and as soon form page opened, I checked the contents on page, at one place it says 'Best Price' - as the guy was holding the call/line till the time form gets filled, on asking what's this, he said these are registration charges and on further query, the guy got irritated and started using cheap language which further ensured that this company is doing fraudulent activities as there was no valid answer with them.

HENCE, I JUST GOT SAVED. PLEASE NOTE THAT NONE OF THESE COMPANIES DEAL WITH SUCH CONSULTANTS. SO NEED TO SPREAD THE MESSAGE AROUND AND ENSURE THAT JOBSEEKERS DON'T FALL IN THEIR TRAP.

thy askd me do u hv internet..i told s..he told me t open the website n open an account..followed by tht he told me t click Career assistanceUV skill add t cart...a payment page..!!!
i was confused as it ws leading t payment page..then he told me u hv t pay an amount of 2400 +12.36% tax which comes t 2696..!!

But when I told him that I am interested in software testing role, he immediately replied saying that there is a opening for testing role in Wipro and asked me to pay 2100/- (excluding some govt. Then I got suspicious that how come all of a sudden he told that there is a opening in the testing the moment I told that I am interested in it and secondly he was speaking in Hindi (please don't take me wrong here!! Hindi is our national language and we should be proud of it, but AFAIK no Job Consultancy speaks in Hindi while talking to candidates... right??). So I decided to check about this consultancy through Internet and landed here...
