Please be informed that i had purchased royal stag from zero miles, southern ave based on your offer to get vip pass on the aridity singh concert on 24th & fortunately won the pass.
When i asked for the pass your marketing personal given me a token & told me to contact some koushik to get the location & line up to provide me the ticket subjected on availability.
It is totally unfortunate & nowhere in the board it was mentioned that i had to contact & go to collect the same.
I do not understand what kind of joke it is to get vip. Pass, i have to depend on some koushik to get my legitimate ticket.
I had contacted koushik & got the reply that this is as per policy of pernod richard, which i failed to belief.
Requested your good office to take necessary action & honour the commitment to deliver me on my doorstep.
