My Name is Dilip Das, I have purchased the diesel engine for my land work.
Model type: AV-1 XL, S.No: J[protected] this engine i have purchased from Raj Interprised form Delhi, GB ROAD, And i am using it in Orissa, Astarang Area. when i have called with customer care no [protected] they register a complaint but since 15 days passed my issue is not solve yet,

When i am calling to customer care always they giving that area person mobile no [protected] (Ganesh) . When i am calling this person he is always busy with his work and saying my engineer will visit your side today/tomorrow like this.

yesterday One on engineer reach the side and he checked the engine and said your engine is damaged form Company you need to replace it. But when i am trying to calling customer care and that per mobile no body is picking my call.
