Dear sir,
I have got a good rank in pessat conducted by pes university bangalore. They have arranged councelling of first round on 3rd of june 2017. They have told that original documents needs to be submitted by 26th june 2017.
When i have contacted them about seat surrender and refund of fee, they told that i have to surrender before 26th june 2017 so that they have to arrange second round in july 2nd and i will not get any refund after 26th, if i dont surrender before 26th june.
I will not be able to surrender seat before 26th june as most of the admissions in major colleges will not be completed by that time. When i asked them how can they close opportunities in other colleges they are telling, you can directly take part in second round. What if, i dont get desired branch in second round.
They are not disclosing any where rules of surrender. Even when i queried on e-mail also they dont reply. Their website also does not give clear picture.
They are adopting non transparent methods in admissions and denying students equal opportunities to select their preferred colleges.
