We live in Laxman Vihar colony nera Para Road in Rajajipuram, Lucknow.One of our neighour's has a pet dog but they do not care of it and he ends up crying all day..According to the colony members, the dog was much healthy, after this family started to pet the dog the scene is worst, they are not providing proper shelter, proper food...and that dog ends up only crying whole day..
