I sent a mail to [protected]@petzy.com on 28/09/15 about the delay in delivering the product and i got no response. I tried the number mentioned on the website as customer support number [protected] and person who answered said its not petzy number.
i had already paid online for the order and today i have logged in to my petzy account few minutes back and have cancelled my order. I want the company to refund my money for this unprofessional behavior Also i want them to compensate for the time i have wasted chasing them and also by waiting for there product to reach me.
