Pf Office Kandivali — pf is not transffered from kdmal[protected] / syntel pvt. ltd. to pupun[protected] / amdocs development centre india llp

Hi,

I have submitted the form for PF transferred from KDMAL[protected] / SYNTEL PVT. LTD. to PUPUN[protected] / AMDOCS DEVELOPMENT CENTRE INDIA LLP and its been almost 1.6 year but still my PF is not transferred.
While checking in annexure K I found that my current PF id is not correct and may be that's why my PF is not transferred.
My Details for both the organization is given below
From Member ID/Name - KDMAL[protected] / NITESH PANDURANG SONAWANE
To Member ID/Name - PUPUN[protected] / Nitesh Pandurang Sonawane

I am attaching all the necessary docs here please have a look and resolve the issue ASAP.
