Pf Withdrawal — need to withdrawal my pf

I have posted my query to [protected]@hcl.com on aug 10, 2020 to know about my pf balance and the process to withdraw the pf but no response from the team yet. Can you please make sure that i get the required information so that i can proceed with pf withdrawal?
