PG portal authority

All these 3 cases (details elaborated below) were closed without any reason. Without any reply from the accused. Without any resolution. For over one and half months we were kept waiting and now after wasting such a long period the PG portal had closed the case in such an illegal way amounting to illegal black favour to the criminal people accused in our cases. Why ?
