Pgimer, Chandigarh, Sector 12 — opd lab reports not provide me personally or not shown in on line after one month

I have some test for my daughter in dated 26/07/2017 in opd. I went to pgi for receive these reports in dated in 09/08/2017 then lab reports counter person told me that one report not avalable. She asked this report shown in net after 5 or 6 days. Then chacking doctor said to me to produce this report before check up. But this report not avalable till date 01/09/2017. This is not fair. My daughter who is a patent in eyes. The cr no[protected] and receipt no [protected]/1 (Amount rs.1000) for ana line blot assay (Immunorloting) (Immunopathology) please look in to the matter & this report release early date as possible.
