I live in Rajdeep park, behind meeranagar, Junagadh. I am facing continuous power cut issues in my area since last one month. This happens 3-4 times a day which is not acceptable.

I am a software engineer & working from home. This issue affects my job in a bad way which I can’t afford. When we call at customer care they say there is maintenance issue in your area. What kind of maintenance they are doing all day long? That too since a month? I really need this fixed as soon as possible.

This is to inform you that, above consumer number is on My Granpa name Mr. JIVARAJBHAI NANJIBHAI, LAKHENI, TL BOTAD.

This is the strong complaint to let you know, we all stay at Mumbai Jogeshwari and the bill amount is something around 3500. I am wondered how can the bill amount can go very much high even nobody lives in my Town

Its seems like somebody is using our connection in absence o[censored]s. request you to kindly take strict action against col purist and punished him as per the ACT.

PLS note, if there is NO action taken against the The THEFT who is using our meter then i will surely file a Legal complaint and will publish in Social medial

i have issue with single phase earthing. i dont know whats issue with this, i cant get proper earthing to lightning in area, in neighbor farm its ok with earthing and both earthing in same pole.
please provide some information to get rid of the problem. i make small earthing beside power room but still not working well.

Dear chauhan sir, Reminder for tc correction/replacement at mota ashrana tower, our 1 equipment got burnt and replaced and now every 7 days 25000 amount equipment got faulty, same was multiple time discussed but zero correction responce.

Received Bill for the month of Oct as 4532, while last two month were Aug 203 Units & amount 1214/- and aug 187 Units & Rs. 1117/-

This month Bill has tripled, Please look into it there is some mistake i presume

I m deeply requested to u please remove TP from my society because we have already complain to near our GB with complain later but still no work. I had complain GB last 3 month over...TP was creating issue every 5 days and when we call GB person then he comes 24 to 48 hours later. Soo please remove TP from society it's humble request. This issue we have facing last 5 years so now limit is over

However, I had paid my previous invoice amount in full.

I am trying to call on the numbers which are provided, but it's of no use. I have been mailing them since more than a week following the escalation matrix, but no reply from them.

માનનીય સાહેબશ્રી,

જય ભારત સાથે જણાવવાનું કે હું પી જી વી સી એલ નો ગ્રાહક છું . જેના ગ્રાહક નંબર 61807/01414/2 છે.
મારી ફરિયાદ એ છે કે છેલ્લા બે મહિનાથી મારા ઇન્ડસ્ટ્રીઅલ વીજ જોડાણ માં અવાર નવાર વીજ ખેરવાઈ જાય છે. તેના સંધાન માં હું ટેલિફોનિક થી અને રૂબરૂ થી ફરિયાદ પણ રજીસ્ટર કરવું છું છતાં પણ તેનો ઉકેલ ફરિયાદ કરિયાના ત્રણ થી ચાર દિવસ પછી નિકાલ આવે છે.આવું બે મહિના માં ચાર થી પાંચ વખત થયું છે, રૂબરૂ ફરિયાદ માટે પણ ગયા છીએ તો પણ થઇ જશે કહી ને વાત ટાળી દે છે .ફરિયાદ માટે ડેપ્યુટી એન્જીનીઅર સાહેબ થી ફોન થી સંપર્ક કરતા, થઇ જશે તેવો જવાબ મળે છે પણ તેને પણ ચાર થી પાંચ દિવસ લાગે છે. જુનિયર એન્જીનીઅર જયેશ કેડિયા ને ફોન થી સંપર્ક કરીએ તો તે એમ કે છે કે ડેપ્યુટી એન્જીનીઅર સાહેબ ભરત ચૌહાણ ને વાત કરો. આ રીત ના જવાબ મળે છે. તો અમોને જે ધંધાકીય નુકસાન થાય છે. તેની ભરાઈ ની જવાબદારી કોની મારી પાસે 80 થી 90 લેબર કામ કરે છે તેના પરિવાર નું શુ . મારે તો તેમને હાજરી તો આપવાની જ ને પી જી વી સી એલ ને તો કાઈ ફરક નથી પડતો. કોઈ ને રામબાગ ડિવિઝન (618) માં ફરક પેડ તેમ નથી. અમુક સ્ટાફ તો એમ કે છે કે તમારા ટ્રાન્સફર્મર પાસે વરસાદ નું પાણી ભરેલું છે અને ઝાડ ઉગેલું છે જો આ કોમ્પ્લેઇન ની સાઈડ પર બિડાણ ની સુવિધા હશે તો હું મારી સાઈડ ના ફોટો તથા વિડિઓ મોલીશ તે જોઈ ને આપ નક્કી કરજો કે ફરિયાદી સાચ્ચા છે કે ખોટા.
આપશ્રી ને અમારી અરજ છે કે સ્ટાફ ને જો કામ ના કરવું હોય તેવા લોકો ને છુટ્ટા કરો અને ફુરતીલા નવજવાન ની ભરતી કરો એટલે ગ્રાહક ની ફરિયાદ નુ તત્કાલ નિકાલ થાય .અને અમારાજેવા લોકો થી આપ લોકો ને મોકલવા માં આવતી ફરિયાદો કરવાનો મોકો ના પડે.
