Incorrect Bill

Consumer No. [protected]

The electricity bill is showing that there are Arrears on date[protected] of Rs. 569.62
However, I had paid my previous invoice amount in full.

I am trying to call on the numbers which are provided, but it's of no use. I have been mailing them since more than a week following the escalation matrix, but no reply from them....

Fluctuation of voltage in our area

my self mahesh solanki living in bhachau(kutch)-370140. We are facisng voltage functuation problem from long time in our mandvivas arae.Today the problem took big issue. Today, we are not in the possition to run the fan any tubelight, freeze or any bulb due to voltage fluctuation. It can damage our electrical home appliances.
