Phable Care — Inordinate delay in delivery of medicine

I have ordered urgent medicine on 6th January’22 with the expectation of their actual delivery schedule 7-10 working days, But today 11-12 working days have already been lapsed, no information or message received regarding delivery of medicine. Now it is assumed that they have fraud my money paid in advance at the time of placing order.

1) There is no system of online order tracking in their Mobile App. Generally, all online medicine purchase company do deliver their medicine by 3-4 days.
2) No information/message comes mentioning the reason of delay in delivery of medicine or not available or not possible within the delivery schedule, etc.
3) Their customer care executives does not understand the customer’s queries, or gives no positive reply for delivery of orders through phone No.[protected]/[protected].
4) Each and every time one auto generated messages comes – Thank you for your interest. Our team will get in touch with you shortly to help you with your order. Meanwhile, please download the app and register for easy, clear and quicker communication. You can download the app from https://bit.ly/3mevemn. Thereafter, no reply or no further information comes regarding customer’s queries.
5) I have sent email also to enquire order status in their email id [protected]@phablecare.com, but no positive reply received from their customer care.
7) Till date, no customer care executive called me regarding exact status/condition of delivery of my medicine ordered on 6th January’22.
