I ordered on Flipkart on 13 th may 2022 that order no is . OD[protected] on bye back guarantee offer that bye back is eligible up to June 1 St 2022 the above mentioned order is shipped on 13 th may that shippment is coming on 15 early morning at about 2.30 am the seller given delivery date of product is 15 th may 2022 but not delivered the same day and extend delivery date is 17 and 19 and 21 and 23 Rd may day by day postponed but not delivered on 23 Rd may evening i go to Flipkart hub and asked to customer service where is my order the customer service executive see my order I'd and checked in Flipkart reciving list my order is on Hub from 15th may 2.30 am but not delivered to me i asked that excutive why are you not delivered my product. He tell to me sorry sir the seller not given permission to me that product outing that's why I go to my home. 24 th may i received mail from seller your order is cancelled due long time waiting and not tracing your pincode at that time I pay the amount of rs 45399 on 6 E.M.I Plans that mobile is not received to me but first E.M.I was deducted from my account after the total issue bring to Flipkart customer service executive on hour to hour but not resolved my issue 3days after 26 th may 22 again same order placed on bye back guarantee offer in this time the ordered mobile delivery date is 28 th may 22 is given but same drama will played the seller that ie today early morning hours the mobile is arrived to Flipkart hub but till not delivered today afternoon I go to Flipkart hub and asked to customer service executive he tell to me same problem the seller not given permission to to out the product
So I request you sir please help me ie tha above issues as parshued as early as possible sir I loss some amount also please help me sir🙏
