I am writing to inform you that am facing and issue with my Rediffmail account . Since last Saturday, I have been unable to send emails . As soon as I start typing (after entering two letters), the system automatically exits and takes me out of Rediffmail.
The issue is happening with both of my rediffmail IDS:
1. [protected]@pharmaxindia.com
2. [protected]@pharmaxindia.com
Request you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest and resolve the issue so that I can resume using my accounts smoothly.
