After a few months of normal use, the alum crystal inside the roll-on broke into multiple pieces, making the product unusable. The product was used as intended and handled with reasonable care.

I contacted Phitku customer support and provided details of the issue. The company acknowledged my complaint but declined to offer a replacement or exchange, stating that complaints are only accepted within 14 days of delivery as per their policy.

My concern is that the issue relates to the product’s durability and premature breakage rather than a short-term return request. A product advertised as long-lasting should reasonably be expected to remain functional for more than a few months under normal use.

The company later offered a 20% discount on future purchases but did not provide any resolution for the defective product.

I am sharing this experience so that potential customers are aware of both the product durability issue and the company’s post-purchase support policy before making a purchase.
