Phoenix Data Technologies — No respect to the customers and delaying to provide the registration fee | |||
On June 23rd, 2020 my friend registered for the data entry job and they said on June 24th, 2020 they will send the project. When we asked they gave some reasons and said that they will send it today (June 25th, 2020). Still, he hasn't received the mail. When we asked whether they have sent or not. They were giving some reasons that they had sent. My friend lost the interest and he asked for the refund of Rs.400 but the concerned person did not respond properly to my friend and she was very harsh while replying and said that she will return it only after two days. The way she spoke to my friend is not a proper behaviour and kindly take action against the Chennai branch (Bright Side Technologies) as soon as possible.
