phoenix hospital borivali west — The worst hospital ever

My father was recently admitted to this hospital. I am writing this complaint as I wait for him to be discharged since 9 am. It is 11 now. The doctors here were invisible hence the staff were never aware of their whereabouts. They gave vauge information regarding the patient progress. There were tests conducted which showed up only on the bill. The staff has no coordination between them. this is the worst hospital ever.
