Phone Bill Payment — Amount not credited to biller

I have paid Rs.2268.52 against September bill of my Idea Mob. no. [protected] on 22.10.2020 through Union Bank Net banking bearing Transaction No. as S41721294. The payment was duly deducted from my account but message from Idea shows it is not received by them. This payment was transferred through the link provided in my email and through IBIBO Web Private Limited. I am unable to get through IBIBO Customer care number as it is always busy and other numbers are not in use.
