I initiated payment worth 2757 from my sbi account to icici account through phone pay and the transaction has failed. But the money has been deducted from my account and the receiver has not received the amount as well. When enquired with phonepe.. They tell they cannot do anything about it and ask the bank to help. The bank is telling that it is phonepe problem and around 100 people have already complained about it.
