Sir,
I had ordered five sarees for rs. 1995/- with free shipping for all orders in from website "http://phonocart.in". My order no. Was 36516 dated 23.9.2018. I had already paid amount of rs.1995/- from as card payment to this product. They promised order will be delivered in 8-10days. But till now neither i have received my delivery nor got any updates for the same. I have also mailed them on their website but they not responded either.in view, i have to lodge a complaint here. It is requested please do the needful.
