I had placed an order of amount 1000 rs on an online shopping site "phonocart.in". It was a ladies wear online website. It had no cash on delivery option available, so i had to make advance payment. I tracked my order, which after 2 days showed the status as"delivered". When i didn't receive my order within the stipulated time, i mailed them and got a very vague reply stating that they will send it now. After 10 more days, i tried to visit there website to track my order, and i couldn't find their website. There was an error message shown on the screen. There website had been made unavailabe. I mailed them, asking about my order and threatening to make a complaint, but got no reply. Since then, there website had been suspended and i have been a victim of online fraud.
Now, i am scared about the safety of my intenet banking details, which i used for payment. Kindly look into this problem and oblige. Was this information helpful? |
