I bought a cryptocurrency exchange script from PHP Script Mall three months ago. When I installed the script the message that poped up on the site was that the script is NOT GENUINE (from bdtask). It was asking for the Product Key. For three months now PHP Script Mall has refused to give me my product key. I have sent several email requesting for my Product key but none of them is replying to the several mails.

I need my Product Key for the script I bought.

I was wondering why people are leaving negative reviews since php scripts mall team was selling the readymade scripts, actually what you see in the demo details that will be provided upon purchase which is what you see is what you get.

Although i have purchased 3 website script from php scripts mall and they have delivered script within 48 hours until now i don’t find any bugs/issues over the source code. Techy guys and reliable support team. Again i was speculated to view the negative reviews, people are so crazy.in my view, the team was delivering a right helpful solution to the clients and my team was glad about the technical support for one year.

I have purchased a php classifieds script from https://www.phpscriptsmall.com where in the concern guaranteed installation and quick support prior to selling their product to me. Post selling there are no proper responses from the concern, i have been facing too many glitches and bugs in the script and post writing series of mails to them they have not responded nor fixed up those issues which i had asked them to. The support team is very bad and they do not provide timely response. I have written around 8 mails and none of them have reverted and its been 4 days. The total team is an irresponsible one who now turn their back saying i need to pay more. The irony is they have sold a demo script to me and say i have to pay more the support team is a bunch of crooks who look forward to fool customers. I demand explanation from the https://www.phpscriptsmall.com. Either they fix the issue or they pay me back the payment made with compensation for my time spent on running behind them for the support which they have failed to provide.

I am gona post this in and around all customer forums. Lets play my role now after a week of requests and frustrations

PHPSCRIPTMALL is just selling scripts full of bugs. they people does not answer to the calls after selling. they do not provide support at all
before purchasing the committees that they will provide support within few hrs. but my issue is still standing from last 5 days. and they guys disconnect the call after listening the name.i will never recomend this company to any buyer. they are crooks.

We bought real estate script from PHP scripts mall. I found it was done really well as per our needs. Currently it's working fine having no problem on my site. Even am new to this online business, they support me till now while am asking doubts to them. Whatever I needs they give me with proper response. They provide me clear documentation and helped to integrate the payment gateway. Really worth for my money. I also recommended some of my friends who have interested to start the online business. good support with great team work!!!

After buying script they never answer your call properly Issues which you have not solved in time. If you buy script from them you will loos all your money. Dont buy any script from these guys. Absolute non-ethnical business people. Before purchase response:
1) will follow up with too many calls
2) buttery words and offers
3) lots of guarantee like bug free script, resolve issues in few hours once mailed to their technical support etc.
Post purchase response:
1) no more buttery words, and will raise their harsh voice.
2) bugged product
3) late delivery
4) when you call will not attend, if they attend will tell working on it, will resolve soon, but will add up word like no estimated time for solving can be committed.
5) rude behaviour when you followup them continously and tell them to refund the amount.
6) unprofessional words.
7) no user documentation

Whatever we say, they will turn the blame towards us! They will never accept their mistake. You will need to really investigate whether they have really 3, 00, 000 clients in reality, due to their worst customer support.

For making a small banner and few changes they will demand additional inr 50, 000. They will not give refund also when their script is bug. Not even a single penny is worth for their script.

Seems they dont have any professional team of 40 members, whom they claim to have. Because they make lots of corrections after our feedback post purchase only. And they take too much of time.

On their website, they put fake number of sales they make, but during conversation over phone call with ms. Hema, she claims that we are genuine, we are happy on making daily around 10 sales. Clearly, can learn that they are fooling people by creating fake total sales number on each script such that customers will get confidence and buy, like we did!

We paid huge amount of rs.72, 000; and proceed further to get the back money. Others dont ever have a try to have their script for any circumstances. Research well about this company before you approach them. These guys are to be under cyber crime vision, which we will initiate!

Be aware, stay away! Our money is all hard-earned. Not to waste on these types of company!

Hi, I am ranjith. Here i would like to say this is the fraud complany located in aminjikarai. The owner of the companies are fraud. They treat their employees as slaves providing less salary. Not only that they are selling scripts which is all free dewnloadable scripts they dowload it and just make some changes and sell it after making some changes in layouts.
