Animaran, i am not working in ur company and all, i am just telling u what i think of from my mind and i am sorry if i am wrong, first thing u don't have any rights to talk about there family or daughter, and every company depends on employees only it's not easy to run a company since i gone through there history i[censored] have a doubt on it and i[censored] have guts to run a company for min of 1yr and show the revenue that too without hurting any employee. They are paying for what u work, just think when u entered into the company what was ur knowledge and what is now at present and is this the first time u are getting scolding from ur officials, as u said u were working for 17 months i think u have learned a lot so to jump to another company it may be the reason i don't know only u have the answer for that, i am telling u all these which i think from my side u may be right from ur side from company side they are correct think in past 17 months u didn't had any salary issues otherwise u would have mentioned it but u didn't. U had issue only while relieving its a kind of pain for your higher officials, not only u or me or anyone if a person moves out from the family there will be pain and anger don't take this to ur mind and spoil company name or any family members not only here but anywhere all the best for ur future it's my kind advise u take it or leave i am not going to suffer it's ur life u only have to move forward, i[censored] scold me here also not going to affect me or my carrier in anyway bye and take care bro...
