Phulkari Couture — ordered lehenga and it was never delivered, money was not returned. scam

I am actually going through the same situation here with Phulkari couture. I ordered suits and a lehenga online 4 months ago. she is not answering my calls, not replying to my messages. Please don't buy anything from this person. she is a big fraud.

We are going through a similar situation, ordered with her in September and although she shipped the parcel 4 months later, the dupatta she shipped the color is running off even when you touch it so it can't be used. She doesn't respond to messages, when she wanted payment she messaged insistently. She never gave tracking number. There is a reason you can't comment on any of her pieces on instagram. She is a fraud and a crook, we ordered in September for delivery in October and they didn't get delivered until January, the other suit the dupatta is so short, she messages and says we sent 2.5 metre and it's clearly not, I sent her a picture with it side by side to a 2.5 metre dupatta. She is shady AF, please AVOID her at all costs. I should have learnt my lesson when I saw that her comments are blocked on her instragram posts. I would give her zero stars if there was an option. Customer services is nonexistent.

The experience with this woman has been nothing short of a nightmare. Not only did she not send what she promised, she is completely unresponsive. When she wants your order she will answer right away and get you to send money and then not reply for weeks. Finally she sent us pics of the outfits and we thought Ok, she's made them so she must have to send them. We paid the remaining amount and then she fell off the face of the earth. All of a sudden a package shows up on our door step. My sisters dupatta (its a one size fits all thing and standard length) was so short, we cannot use it. And mine the color was fading and I can't even put it in a drawer with other clothes, its bleeding so bad. I have never had this with any other piece of clothing. We've been messaging/emailing back but no reply. Please move on, don't order from her. She is a liar and fraud and is reading all our messages on insta and whatsapp, but ignoring each and every one. I'm disgusted .

I contacted them from Instagram account Phulkari Couture. I order 10 suits in November and send them money first week of December. First they call everyday about money after I send money they make excuses and now don’t pick my calls and never reply. I trust on them. But seems like Never trust Indian websites. Please do something about this matter.

I’m really surprised to see negative comments for phulkari couture..i have been ordering them stuff since 2016 and never faced such issue and loved quality of their work..recently they had some issues with business that’s why my order got delayed too but i still trust them ..I’m really surprised with the reviews

She is a crook ... do not go to her there are so many other people you can order from who give good quality services ... I’ve reported her page on insta as well ... she will take your money and not respond. Buyer BEWARE

I have got made all my outfits from them since so long
I have never faced such issue but yeah from recent time they had some issues but it’s all good now and i have even ordered my summer suits from them

Yes it is true and I have the written communication with her to prove all her lies . You must be someone who’s from her camp posting this comment ... there is a reason her comments are disabled on her Instagram posts. Any reputable vendor would not do that if they didn’t have anything to hide. She is a crook! Beware!
