Physics Wallha — Refund denied for wrong batch purchase on physics wallah app

I am filing this complaint on behalf of my sister, who is a BSEB (Bihar Board) student. She accidentally purchased the “Uday Humanities Reloaded” batch from the Physics Wallah app on 07 June 2025, assuming it was based on the BSEB syllabus.

Unfortunately, after checking the contents, we found that the batch is actually based on the CBSE syllabus, and not a single chapter matches her BSEB textbooks. We raised a refund request immediately and explained the genuine mistake.

However, Physics Wallah's support team refused the refund, stating that it's against their policy — even though the course is of no use to her and she hasn’t accessed any significant content.

This is very unfair to students from humble backgrounds who can’t afford to lose money over such mistakes. She is under academic pressure and now financial stress too.

We request your kind intervention to help us get the refund or force the company to give the correct BSEB batch instead.
