One look at the packaging and something didn't look and feel right. I researched and luckily found this link. Atrocious! Something needs to be done about this.

It is violating RBI Norms and collecting huge amount from Indians, by giving false promise that they are placed top.
As per Govt Rules, collecting funds and transferring funds abroad without a proper intimation comes under FERA act, if it is in large sum.
But here, the company plays clever, they don't collect cash physically, but allow indian members to collect cash, and transfer through illegal way "Pay from E-Wallet of company".

Here I like to personally reply to this qualified pharmacologist from Hyderabad!
All the double stem cell products has a patent code clearly printed on its packaging. All clinical test is there on the patented ingredients. If you have a pack with you. Just be a little pro-active and Google this USA patent code (US2008/0299092A1).
All testing... and retesting again from varies countries on repacking the ingredients, and aren't we tired?

The mere fact that a product has been considered to be given a patent means that it is a legitimate product worthy to have an international claim and the US govt and European Govt granted a patent application for PhytoScience double stemcell. I believe you need to let the people know of your authority to judge if a product is fake or not. Attached is a screenshot of the patent i have downloaded, thanks to ett800.

I know my comment will make many of the so called Leaders of the Company angry and they may start barking at me because it goes against their effort of making money in an illegal way.
Let me let you know something about the company and the product. Phytoscience Sdn Bhd from Malaysia is an MLM Company, popularly known as Network marketing Company. Naturally, like all other MLM Companies here too the products are sold through its Networkers. Now the company is not registered in India and the products are not even FSSAI approved. So what? There are other ways too. The products are brought in India by its Malaysian Leaders in their Suitcases and bags - (as I have been told) and are delivered to there Indian downlines who sell /use the products for bringing new members in their Team and the money they have collected goes to Malaysia through HAWALA.100% illegal. Crores of Indian rupees are being sent as the joining amount ranges from Rs.6000 to Rs.1, 20, 000/-The Indian Leaders or the Networkers get credited their Commission in their E Wallet provided by the company which they cash through recruiting new members. An endless circle, never ending process.
Now one more of the Interesting Part of the Game is when you put the details of the new recruited Indian Member of the Company in their Website, you are to put Malaysia at the end as the country the new member belongs to. So literally and Legally(?) no Indian is doing the business.
Regarding the Product, Since the day the Malaysian Leaders started visiting India, I have been hearing about the always changing dates of its Launching in India and it's getting FSSAI certificate from the Govt. of India, From the Company website you can get the customer care number of the Company. If you call there you may be given the cell number of someone named Mr. Leone, who for the last nine months telling me that they are trying for the FSSAI certificate and hopes to get it within a month or two.
If today the Govt. of India takes initiative and put bans on this illegal trade, the business stops tomorrow. Think where will your investment go in that case.

So far, Phytosicence seems to be a FRAUD / SCAM, mainly due to these reasons.
a) The product is purchased in cash without a sales tax invoice. - (Is there any leader who can sell me these product with a Tax Invoice which is absolutely necessary to do business in India.)
b) The products are brought to India as "Sweets" :). (Is there any leader who can challenge this statement???)
c) The incentive paid is also in cash and without deducting TDS which necessarily means that it's just money circulation. (As per Indian IT Law, a company MUST deduct TDS - Tax Deducted at Source, for any payment made as incentive or commission.)
d) If the products are so genuine then why don't they get it approved by relevant Govt of India departments.
e) I am ever eager to join this company but the launch dates are being postponed every month like other fraud MLM companies.
A few points I felt is important to be considered...

2) Incentives earned are without TDS deduction and all transactions are in cash. (No TDS means money circulation...)
3) Products brought to India (not imported) by declaring it's sweets at the customs. (Not medicines!!!)
4) If it's MLM, as per rules in India, there should be no joining fee. (They join only after we buy the product and pay them. Beware...)
5) As per another rule in MLM, there must be at least a 30 day money return guarantee. (No money return guarantee here, once you buy them you just bought them. :))
6) This one is just the ultimate - It is being launched in India every month since the last six months. (But not launched yet... and hopefully never going to be.)
Please work with some genuine MLM company and don't fall into honey traps.

Well as many people have mentioned the company Phytoscience is not officilly launced in india and as per the latest info this could happen iin a month's time. I have used the product for diabetes for the last one and half month and my sugar levels have come down drastically from being over 200(pasting) to less than 100 (fasting) I even checked my HB1Ac levels and they are also normal. just 4 months back i had checked the same levels and it was showing 10 which is poor control. well whether to consume of do business is an individual choice. No one from the company is forcing anyone to join or use the product. there are many MLM companies in India who do sell Ayurvedic products and millions of Indians are using it so what is the big deal.

I just heard about stemcell this week, what ever I read & heard is all good & effective. not sure if anyone is having problem for patent, not a Indian product or whatever.
I believe prior to critic we should go through with the product, I have ordered this product today itself & will get the order by early next week.

I am confused about all above sentence. I bought it 10 mini ago but now I am going to return it. Most of them writers above are already attached with this company. They are giving baise conclusion. Most of the photos have different pose and angle. More over they use different technique to make different in photos. Most of the member making fake vedio by asking some questions to their friends and relative.
I have been using these products phytoscience double stemcell and triple stemcell and they are good and effective. My mother who got very sick due to different illnesses got well because of double stemcell too. So., I think you should just let the people decide wether to consume their products or not and not hinder them from getting well just because you have an issue about it not paying taxes or whatever you claim not right. I have read the reviews and complaints but I am not sure if they are based on any hard facts or not. I, for one, do not just follow rumours. I, myself, am a qualified pharmacologist from Hyderabad and my grandparent has been using it for a month or so. Hence, I would like to get some proofs showing they are safe for consumption and proof of approvals.
I would be glad if you can share the clinical trials documents and approval documents and the list of countries that you have received approvals from. As a consumer, we need to know and have full rights to access all these data. And as a responsible company, it should be your duty to share the data.
