Pi International Technologies Pvt Ltd — amount deducted from full and final

My name is k r deepak matham. I have resigned from my duties at pi international technologies pvt ltd which is located at 14/b, jaihind enclave, madhapur, hyderabad - 500081. My employee id was 342. My last working day was 7th of april, 2018. Sometime back before my resignation, one of my team member has taken an office loan of rs. 50000 and later resigned from his duties. The organization has paid his full and final settlement without deducting the amount he has taken as loan by mistake. Later, that amount has been deducted from my full and final and the management stated that it would repay me once they receive the amount from the borrower. The person who took the amount was hiding himself from everyone and even i couldn't get in touch with him. I have updated the same to the management and i have even told them how important this money is to me. I have undergone a surgery sometime back and requested them to give me my money which will be helpful but they were reluctant in paying the same. I have sent many messages to the management till now and i have got no responses from them. I have all the messages as proof now. I sincerely request your intervention in getting my money back at the earliest.
