Pi Overseas — Canada Immigration Fraud

This company is a big FRAUD full of novice people who dosen't know anything about immigration process. However, they will promise you guranteed job with less or no hiccups.
In my case i was reffered by one of my friend to this company, I approched one consultant named "Subhashi" for PR for canada (28th September 2020), in initial days they were so responsive, i got a call from a guy for interview who was stated as per the consultancy that he is a canadian and as per the consultants advice I had completed my IELTS exam with more than the required score as the consultant asked and completed my WES for canada PR.
However, after the IELTS results when I asked them what's the status of my PR application the responce i always got was "it's under process" by the consultant untill I fed up and asked for refund on 6th may 2021.
After repeated mail they approved my refund request on 6th September 2021, and I got my first installment of the refund amount on 22nd September 2022.
Till date i got only rs. 35, 000 in 3 installments out of rs. 60, 000 that I paid to them, but as per the service legal agreement i should be getting 100% refund of the amount paid if the consultancy can not provide me the PR.
The last reply that i got from them was on 31st January 2022 that
"Dear Sourav,
I understand your refund is getting delayed as because of Covid, we are facing financial crisis.
We will update your refund date accordingly."
However after that mail i did not got any response after repeated mails and calls. they are neither reufunding nor giving any response.
I'd like to advice any people seeing this please stay away from this company as they will suck out your hard earned money and will do nothing for you.
