Pibox — prepaid order not delivered for 1 week no support from pibox (request refund)

I placed a prepaid order from Pibox India for the ORICO 2577U3-BK 2.5" Hard Drive Enclosure.

The courier tried once when I was not available, but they did not give the parcel to the security guard. After that, the parcel has been in my area for more than 1 week .

I contacted Pibox through all available methods:
- WhatsApp support (no human reply, only auto-bot responses)
- Email support (only automatic emails, no real reply)
- Phone call (call gets cancelled automatically)
- Instagram (messaging disabled)

The company is not providing any solution, no delivery, no refund processing.

I want the order to be cancelled and a full refund issued immediately.
This is extremely unprofessional and causing inconvenience.
