I have insured my micro max E471 on July 8 2015 .After my phone was damaged i have registered complaints to the customer care executive n no. of times but have not received any satisfactory answer yet.till now none of your executive or any other responsible authority has come for my pick up request.
I want you to look upon the matter as soon as possible or i think the right way is to go for consumer forum n this is high time now.I have been complaining since September 16 2015.This is probably the worst insurance service I have seen. Was this information helpful? |
