Pickkr — wrong product delivered

Really disappointing and fraud with me!!!

I had ordered a smart watch vide order no. 18777 on 30 jan'20.. Details is attached but today when i received the product it was something else far different was which was ordered

Also attached herewith is the picture of product as received..

I had paid 2000 cash on delivery and was surprised to see the product.. It is sheer fraud with me..

I would request to kindly collect the product refund amount.
