Piegon — induction stove

Recently moved to new home. Got piegon induction delivered yesterday. It's not working. Called customer care. They respond to return it or register complaint and get it fixed in 2-3 business days. If they can't sell a tested product better stop. Rohit was the person whom i spoked to.. I think they already know about this. So he suggested for replacement immediately. I asked him to put a line across to his manager. He said he is the sr. Manager and no one above him..
