Pihu Collection — wrong product and cheap quality

We ordered green and pink saare on 24th nov 2019. We received the product on 7th dec and when we opened the box we found that the product was not as per our order i. E they sent the wrong product. It was cod.in the same day we mailed on their email id regarding the same but till now we have not received the response on email. On the next i. E on 8th dec we returned the product on their given address. But till date i. E 20th dec we have not received any response from the pihu collection. We invested rs 1100/. We again mailed them but there is still no response.

Please suggest how we can proceed on this and get the refund from the fraud company pihu collection, surat gujarat.
