Bike given for the service on 14th feb 2019 evening assurance given it will receive on 15th feb 2019. But on 15th manager inform bike will received on 6pm that is also 6pm. I demanded washing or 150 rs washing charges refund or free delivery after washing on 16th feb.
Washing motor not working is not our fault, in this case service shop should close off or service of washing given later with free pickup and drop but service manager not ready to offer and ask to pickup incomplete serviced vehicle. Was this information helpful? |
