I have been wrongly accused of parking in a no-parking zone. I was standing roadside with my bike, patiently waiting for a friend. At this time, Police Officer R.B. Kakade approached me and insisted that I had parked my vehicle in a no-parking zone. Despite my explanation that I was merely standing with the bike, Officer Kakade threatened to tow my vehicle and impose charges related to parking violations.
To my dismay, Officer R.B. Kakade (म. पो. ना. ६३०४ पुणे शहर) proceeded to take misleading photographs of my bike and issued a challan, threatening me with a fine of Rs. 1000, towing of my bike, a summons to court, and even cancellation of my driving license. I was shocked by the severity of the accusations and the intimidating manner in which they were made and later asked me to pay Rs 500 cash to let go and close the matter then and there.
On my denial, I am now fined Rs.500 for the alleged no-parking violation, which is unjust and without any basis. I assert that I was not parked, and there was no violation of parking regulations.
I kindly request you to thoroughly investigate this incident, review the evidence, and withdraw the challan that has been unjustly imposed on me. Furthermore, I urge you to take appropriate disciplinary action against Officer R.B. Kakade (म. पो. ना. ६३०४ पुणे शहर) for their wrongful conduct. Was this information helpful? |
