I ordered a bra and panty set worth ₹648 from Pink Penty on[protected]. However, I received completely different items of D-grade quality, which are defective and unusable.
I immediately contacted Pink Penty’s support at [protected]@pinkpenty.com, but I did not receive any response regarding my refund. Despite their 7-day return policy, they have failed to provide a resolution.
I request the company to either:
1. Initiate a return and refund my money OR
2. Provide the correct items as per my order.
If this is not resolved soon, I will escalate the matter to consumer rights authorities.
