I went to Pinnacle Honda Kolkata for an insurance claim after my car( HONDA AMAZE ) was damaged partially on 26th OCT. 2015. After surveying, Insurance Company approved the claim on the very next day.
The service Advisor ( Mr. Shantanu Ghosh ) gave me a confirmed delivery date of 9th NOV. 2015. He told me that this would be the maximum time for repairs to be done.
When i called on 9h NOV. he told me that some parts were not available with them at the moment but assured me with delivery after 10 days max.
The same story he was narrating even after 10 days were over and it is still not clear about the delivery. All my calls to them were in vain.
Some times he seemed to be unavailable and my repeated requests were ignored.
It is almost 30 days my car is gone and these inefficient staffs are bunch of incompetents who don't know the value of time.
The Quality of Service offered by PINNACLE HONDA, KOLKATA is poor and i warning everybody to be aware of this. Was this information helpful? |
