Pinnacle Institute Of Engineering And Management — not conduct final stage exam

I, shubhendu das took admission at above institute for m. Tech in electrical under karnataka state open university. For admission, they took rs. 7500/ on 07/05/14 and took 1 st sem fees of rs. 19000/- on same date, and same money for 2 nnd, 3 rd, 4 th sem on 04/08/14, 04/03/15 and 06/08/15 and took project fees of rs. 4000/ on 09/12/15. First 3 sem was done but last sem, thet did not conduct till now and no project eas done. When, i contact them, they give me different speak, and when told them to refund the mony, they ignore. The address is-48b, sundari mohan avenue, kolkata-700014. Please help me to get refund money, i understand that they cheat me.
