Dear sir,
With reference to the above, i have to inform you as under for your kind consideraion and doing the needful in the matter at the earliest.
On 13.06.2019 phone received from madam aditi - mobile number [protected] - to register name for share marketing transaction. Rs. 5, 900/- (Rupees five thousand nine hundred only) paid towards rs. 5, 000/- registration fee and rs. 900/- gst @ 18 % paid.
On 14.06.2019 phone received from mr. Sharma - mobile number [protected] - about profit making from the market and tell me about the profit of rs. 4, 50, 000/- within 3 months from share market transactions. Also tell me to pay advance payment.
Rs. 10, 550/- (Rupees ten thousand five hundred fifty only) paid. On 15.06.2019
Rs. 14, 348/- (Rupees fourteen thousand three hundred forty eight only) paid. On 20.06.2019
Rs. 21, 240/- (Rupees twenty one thousand two hundred forty only) paid. On 21.06.2019
Rs. 21, 240/- (Rupees twenty one thousand two hundred forty only) paid. On 25.06.2019
Rs. 32, 922/- (Rupees thirty two thousand nine hundred twenty two only) paid. On 03.07.2019
Rs. 43, 800/- (Rupees forty three thousand eight hundred only) paid.
Total rs. 1, 50, 000/- (Rupees one lac fifty thousand only) advance paid. The details are as under :

2. Rs. 10, 550/- 30 % of rs. 90, 000/- & 50 % of rs. 21, 100/- paid by mobile banking transaction no. Mbk[protected] on 14.06.2019 at 17.28.58
3. 14, 348/- 50 % of 21, 100 & gst @ 18 % on 21, 100 paid by mobile banking transaction no. Mbk[protected] on 15.06.2019 at 13.48.32.
4. 18, 000/- 50 % of 36, 000 paid by mobile banking transaction no.[protected] on 20.06.2019 - 18.13.46

From the last week madam aditi is not taking my phone. No one from the office taking phone of me and not any call back received from the office, now i am tired from you.
I am senior citizen having the age of 64 years and also facing physical problem, and also admitted in the hospital for the treatment.
During the period huge loss is faced to lodge the call received from the office.
There is promises given for the profit of rs. 4, 50, 000/- (Rupees four lac fifty thousand only) but it is not fulfilled and on the contrary i have to face hue loss on the share market transactions.
I request you to refund me the paid amount of rs. 1, 50, 000/- (Rupees one lac fifty thousand only) along with eligible interest and loss occured on call given by pinnacle market investment advisory pvt. Ltd. Per return.
An early action in the matter is highly appreciable.
