Pinnacle — wrong product received

I placed order of safety shoes two days back my order no is 21676 totally order is 2 product out of that one was i received yesterday timber wood tw29bk steel toe safety shoes but the product was totally different what i was placed the order.
I placed high ankle shoe but received one is low ankle and shape also tatally different i need to return this order. And how its happening every thing is going on at you end why you peoples are not confirming the product before sending /going to packing the material.
