I have taken parental insurance for my Mother and father thru my employer from United India Insurance Company ltd. and Broker firm is Pioneer Insurance & Reinsurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd policy no: [protected]P[protected], member Code: 1680558M and my mother was hospitalised from 27-JUL-2016 to 29-JUL-2016 and unfortunately my mother passed away on 29-JUL-2016 and i claimed the mediclaim on 09-AUG-2016 and i was asked to send all the medical bills via post hence sent all the documents via speed post Tracking number: EM[protected]IN on 19-AUG-2016 and also checked online status the it has been delivered on 22-AUG-2016 as per SpeedPost but the Insurance company claiming that they have not received the documents i personally visited the borker firm in mumbai and also post office but stiil they are saying they have not received the documents while postoffice people are claiming that they delivered the package, now the insurance company is claiming that there is nothing they can do about it, now feel i am being cheated need help.
