Pioneer One Honda ,sector 63 ,noida — Issue id Activa vehicle since purchase

Hi,

I am writing this mail regarding the issue in my vehicle since purchase.It is very frustrating that my issue still has not been resolved. Few days ago second service has completed but there was no satisfactory reply from the service center for this issue.They claims every activa 6G has same response but when I drove 2-3 activa's I did not feel any vibration/scrubbing noise in them, then they replied in some activa's there is less, in some there is almost zero and in some it is 19-20% as in my vehicle.

Everytime I visited the service center they just told me that this is normal behaviour and you just drive the vehicle without any worry.I already cooperated and spent too much time.

If this is common behaviour then why every vehicle do not have the same issue? In my office 3-4 activa's and there is no issue like in my vehicle.

This time I am expecting the permanent solution of this problem otherwise I will escalate the issue to higher authorities.
