I applied for the pre-clouser letter for my loan on 12th Mar, 2022 in Dahisar branch and paid Rs. 1180/- by cheque. But 30 days are over I have not received it yet. I mailed to customer care. They mentioned it will be issued within 30 days.
Their branch do not have contact number. So I need to visit physically to enquire for it. Their branch office timing is 10AM to 4PM. I put half day leave in my office and visited Virar branch on 7th and 11th Apr, 2022 to enquire for it. But, they said it is still in process.
Can I ask for compensation to Piramal ( apprx Rs. 100000/-) for waste of my time and efforts put and leaves?
It is really frustrating.
