Dear Sir/Madam
Good day.

As per conversation with Mr. Rajeev Dev regarding automation amenities i believe you consider & sort this matter highly importance & priority level.
Because of Revanta employee Mr. Vihang Gaikwad purely mistake/Fault we are not getting automation amenities of our said flat.

From the starting Mr. Vihang Gaikwad misleading us due to non proper guidance communication as he always confused in his work due to this he failed to produce all the documents on time since day one. When we visited at the booking office first time that time he shown us each and every amenities so we had decided to book the flat. when we booked the flat that time Mr Vihang committed to give us the each & every facility verbally.
At the time of cracking the deal while negotiations going on that time Mr Vihang with his senior came & asked us to cancel the automation facility to get the best price for said flat. but we refused right away because we are buying the flat and we expect the each and every facility we should get as promised then why we should cancel the automation facility. if we are paying such a big amount for the said flat and we insist Vihang not to cancel the automation facility atall. Vihang acknowledged same time and said okay and gone to discuss with his senior then his senior takeover the deal i don't remember his name.
Then after waiting finally we cracked the deal. After that while signing the RFR there was no tick on both Yes / No column in E point no 6 (Home automation) like in column F Car park allotment Single Double as screenshot attached. after we signed i don't know who had tick that column. Same time we had asked him handover the hard copies that time he ignored, he said will handover the copy later and he forgot to handover, after several time when i asked for my documents to handover for verification Vihang just avoided me.
As i am working in the Navy, i received the call & i joined back my ship prior joining on same day finally i received welcome call on 15th- Dec -22 from Mr. Rajiv dev in the evening as he told will forward the pending documents and i joined the ship next day early morning.
As we does not have internet facility onboard ship due to this I could not check the forwarded documents from Mr Rajiv dev. I shared my sister number at the time of booking the flat as most of time i wont be there as informed.
After registration process done by my old age mother as I had given POA in my absence to sign the agreement when i were checking all the documents received via email in correct order or not that time i came to know that there is no automation facility then i got shocked how it is possible when there no any automation cancellation request atall from my side, if i am purchasing big amount flat then why i would cancel the facility to reduce the cost?? Instead i would not go ahead atall to purchase the flat under any compromise.
i called on 14th July 22 Mr. Rajeev & asked to fix an appointment with Mr.Rajeev & Vihang to attend meeting infront of me to sort out the matter whether i had asked Vihang to cancel the automation facility, but after 1.5 hrs of waiting time Vihang failed to present himself in front of me just giving an excuse to us as he is busy in some meeting instead of several call from Mr. Rajiv & he was hiding himself from us due to his fault as he cancelled by himself he did not give any cancellation proof of automation facility. if i cancelled myself then i should get on written paper regarding adjusted cost of automation but vihang did not provide any cancellation receipt nor mentioned as he adjusted this cost.
As i already fix an appointment on 14th July & i had conversation with Mr. Rajiv regarding this meeting still Vihang failed to present himself at this meeting.
I request you to kindly allot consider the automation amenities & i believe positive reply from your side. It would be much appreciate. I purchased the flat & my friends, colleagues & relatives are asking the experience in the piramal & they would also like to buy property, if my experience are good then i can suggest/ recommend them to purchase the flat in the piramal projects.
If your team is going to give such a bad experience i would not recommend anyone atall to purchase any flat in the Piramal reality projects atall.
We trust Piramal & it is never going to disappoint our trust, i request you kindly look into deeply & investigate.
Kindly allot the automation amenities & sort this issue on priority level.

Last we had several meetings with Mr.Rajiv dev & one meeting with Mr.Saurav on 19 Aug 22. Awaiting final decision.
